New exclusive general liability and contractor pollution liability program for Plumbing Contractors.

picture of large hvac systemDriscoll & Driscoll now has an exclusive program with Zurich Environmental. This program is unavailable to any other retail or wholesale insurance broker in America. Our exclusive program includes general liability and pollution liability on the same policy form. In many cases we can write general liability and pollution for premiums very close to what plumbers pay for general liability all by itself. We have the ability to rate and quote plumbers in our office subject to carrier underwriting guidelines. The policy includes contractor pollution liability which provides coverage for asbestos, lead, mold, and sewage. Plumbers continually work in environments where these are present on a daily basis all across America.  There are some additional education requirements for technicians to qualify for this program. for more information.

New lower minimum premiums for fire/water restoration contractors general liability and pollution.  Minimum premium $2,500 without mold, $3,500 minimum premium with mold.

Zurich Environmental introduces new microbial coverage forms on new business and renewals.

Zurich is now using new forms for microbial coverage.  Bacteria and the mere presence of mold on a job site are now addressed.
